
1 cup strong coffee, cooled
1/2 cup soymilk
1 tbsp sugar (or stevia 1/8 tsp or to taste)
1 tbsp (approx.) cocoa powder
Blend well with 2 handfuls of ice.
Serves 1.
Note: This is basically the recipe I follow, but I never measure so it turns out differently each time. Please feel free to adjust the recipe to suit your own tastes.

mmm, coffee! love the taste of it, especially iced!
I can't even get a non-dairy Frappuccino at Starbucks here, they will only make Iced Coffee or Iced Chai tea with soymilk so this is a great (better) and way cheaper anyway.
